If you would like to refer a patient for genetic counselling, please email us at info@evolvegenetics.co.uk with a password protected/secure referral letter, patient contact information and any supporting documents (e.g. histology reports, previous genetic test results, ultrasound report).

Alternatively, please email our team if you would like to discuss a case prior to referral.
